I loved my clean room with a hot tub, fridge, and microwave, and it was conveniently located within walking distance of attractions and restaurants near Lake Winnipesaukee.

The place was clean, the staff were super friendly, and I loved my updated room.

The location here is fantastic, right next to the store, the beach, and the attractions.

The bed was comfortable, the room was neat and new-fashioned with a great view.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The double room overlooks garden and includes a microwave and a refrigerator. Its location is exceptional & particularly good, close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee, and restaurants. Furthermore, it is 2 miles from the touristic places like Monkey Trunks Weirs Beach.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the location is quiet and has great value, we would definitely come back. It was nice being situated on the hill.

We stayed at the Bay Top Motel for two weeks and it was the most beautiful room we had on our trip. The proprietor is understanding and accommodating, the grounds are well-kept, and the decor has a homey vibe. The motel is also conveniently located near Weirs Beach, Meredith, and other attractions around Lake Winnipesaukee. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with nightly rates that are fairly reasonable.

Would recommend this hotel.

The recently renovated rooms were nicely done and had a convenient freezer/refrigerator. The pillows were comfortable and not the usual crappy ones you find in most motels. The flowers in the garden were beautiful, and the staff was gracious and helpful.

The property, although it had water views, was situated above a road where the rumble of motorcycles could be heard throughout the day and evening. Additionally, it would have been nicer to be directly by the water, as advertised, rather than just having a view of the lake and mountains.

Great experience, the rooms were impeccably clean. Loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a microwave oven and fridge in the room - really made the stay comfortable! 😊

We had an amazing stay at a conveniently located motel with a private jacuzzi. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the pool and hot tub were a great addition. I highly recommend this motel for a relaxing getaway.
